Domestic postcard addressed to Chalkis, franked with a 5-lepta green definitive bearing the red “ΕΤ” overprint, introduced during the National Schism. The office of origin cannot be identified from the indistinct departure cancellation. The illustrated side bears a clear CHALKIS (ΧΑΛΚΙΔΑ) – 8 MAY 18 arrival datestamp, confirming successful delivery. The card combines provisional “ΕΤ” franking with a clearly dated destination marking from the final phase of the First World War.
