In my opinion there was never a Post Office at Vellos of Euboea and this village was served by a rural postman seated at Aliveri (Αλιβέρι). So, it seems that it is a misspelled postmark used for a restricted period at Vellos of Corinthia. A new similar postmark was sent in replacement.
