Opened and examined at the local censor office; top edge secured with provisional tape texted in Greek ‘ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΛΟΓΟΚΡΙΣΙΑ’ [Hellenic Censorship] on both sides.
No other postal indications for arrival in Athens except the single-circle number ‘27’ applied by the delivering postman.
