Passed by the Exchange Control Office in Athens; stamped with a “ΠΕΝ” [PEN, National Exchange Protection] single-ring black monogram cachet in Greek (reverse). In excess, a 2-line handstamp in Greek had been applied, texted “ΚΑΤΕΤΕΘΗ ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΣ / ΔΗΛΩΣΙΣ” [Required Declaration Submitted].
