Passed by the the Exchange Control Office in town; stamped on both sides with violet circular double-ring marking around the Bank of Greece “Seated Athena” motto and “ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ” text plus “ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ / ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΑ ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑΣ ΕΘΝΙΚΟΥ ΝΟΜΙΣΜΑΤΟΣ” [Bank of Greece / National Currency Protection Service] inscribed in the outer belt.
