Italian Military Command of Cyclades, Syros Island; ordinance no. 75 of the Military Commander Colonel Luigi Gino, issued on 15 December 1942 for the dimming of the lights (from twenty minutes after sunset until the next day dawn) in all the Cyclades islands, with penalties for violations.
The order was published in Italian and Greek, affixed and posted on little boards in all the islands, entering into force from the day of publication. Official rubber cachet reading “Commando Militare delle Cicladi – Sira” in purple is applied lower on selvage between the two texts.
