GREECE 1947 Civil War Era Illustrated Cover depicting King George II franked with a single 3dr KGII stamp and singles each of the 1940 5L and 20L Historical Issue values overprinted ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΙΟΙΚΗCΙC, which were used during the Greek Occupation of Albania during WWII, all tied by a not so clear ΣΤΡΑΤ. ΤΑΧ. ΓΡΑΦΕΙΟΝ ??? 47 ??? circular date stamp. An overly patriotic piece of mail, not often seen as such. Very fine.
