1923: After the Tittoni–Venizelos agreement and the Treaty of Sevres (1920), the Greek Post Office planned to issue a commemorative set for the annexation of the small Islands of Dodecanese (except Rhodes).

Bradbury & Wilkinson prepared some sketches and this photo essay shows only 5 of them, the values of:
- 5λ (National Headdress of Kalimnos)
- 20λ (View of Leros)
- 25λ (View of Patmos)
- 1δρχ (View of the Port of Symi)
- 10δρχ (View of Kos and coins found in Kos)

Dated, in pencil on the cardboard, 9.1.23 (20λ & 10δρχ), 8.5.23 (5λ & 25λ) but no date for the 1δρχ. The sketches were probably prepared earlier. In the upper part of the photo, we read [THE DODECANE]SE COMMEMORATIVE STAMPS, which makes us assume that it is only the half part of the photo and 6 sketches of stamps are missing. Following the war, the Tittoni–Venizelos agreement, signed on July 29, 1919, called for the smaller islands to join with Greece, while Italy maintained control of Rhodes. The treaty further outlined an exchange where Italy would receive Antalya for southwest Anatolia. The Greek defeat in the Greco-Turkish War and the foundation of modern Turkey prevented the exchange. Italy formally annexed the Dodecanese as the Possedimenti Italiani dell'Egeo under the terms of the Treaty of Lausanne.
