(Avis de Réception = Return Receipt) and 3x1pi 1915 (1913 issue overprinted with 6 stars and crescent) returned to sender with ANDRINOPLE 1 9-1-19. One stamp canceled/overprinted with "AR". Mention in Greek "Χαρπούτ" (=Harput), VF -cover minor faults (R)
Avis de Reception covers are very rare, especially this one with the AR overprint on the left stamp.
