Greek postage stamps overprinted on 10 December 1940 with black ‘ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΙΟΙΚΗΣΙΣ’ [Hellenic Administration] for use in occupied part of southern Albania during the Italo-Greek war (November 1940 to mid-April 1941), and cancelled-to-order with Greek ‘ΑΓΙΟΙ ΣΑΡΑΝΤΑ 17.ΙΙ.41’ [Agioi Saranda (today Sarandë), 17 February 1941] postmark.
Shown adhesives are: 5L+10L+20L Social Providence (heads of Queens Olga and Sophia, 1939) charity tax set plus the set of 5 postage due stamps (50L/25Dr+2Dr+5Dr+10Dr+15Dr); all issued in Athens.
