1913: Vlastos 1-2, 3a, 4-8A, 9a / Hellas 1-2, 3a, 4-7, 8-8A, 9a, ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΔΙΟΙΚΗΣΙΣ (Greek Administration Surcharges) on Bulgarian Stamps of 1911, all tied to pieces of a Bulgarian Postal Administration envelope, by a ΕΛΛΗΝ. ΤΑΧΥΔΡΟΜΕΙΟΝ ΚΑΒΑΛΛΑΣ I/14 ΙΟΥΛΙΟΥ 13 (Greek Post Office of Cavalla) forged circular date stamp. All are fresh, well centered and attractive copies, Note that on the 10λ/15ст and the 1δρχ/15ст, the overprint reads up, thus inverted. Set includes the rare red 10λ surcharge on the red and black 10ст (Scott now listed in the 2015 Classic Volume) but is missing the two 1δρχ/30ст and the 1δρχ/50ст values for completion. Also note that the cancel has the name of the month spelled out instead of the usually found Roman numeral VII. Fresh, excellent for study, sold as is, F-VF or better.
