roulette perforation (zig zag), not listed in Hellas 2016 (lists the
later regular perf stamps) but listed in Scott as NC11 ($2400 for hinged) and
elsewhere, good color, great centering, usual perf problems for these,
mint never hinged, backstamped Drossos. A rare stamp, at an
affordable price.
