It shows a French military airplane flying over Greece, with a perspective towards the sunset.
It was always believed that it was an attempt for a airmail stamp to be used as franking of mail send via the Constantinople-Bucarest line (open only for few months during 1919).
In my opinion, it was designed for use as franking in the line Athens-Salonica.
