1923: Vlastos 354Sp-366Sp, 368Sp-377Sp, 380Sp-406Sp, 408Sp, 409Sp, 411Sp (set missing: 367Sp, 378Sp, 379Sp, 407Sp, 410Sp) / Hellas 398[sp]-408[sp], 410[sp]-421[sp], 424[sp]-450[sp], 452[sp], 453[sp], 455[sp] (set missing 409[sp], 422[sp], 423[sp], 451[sp], 454[sp], "ΕΠΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΣ 1922" (Revolution) issue, set of 53 stamps (from the 59 issued) handstamped with Specimen in violet to be sent to the UPU offices in Bern for distribution to member states (usually 300 sets or part sets were sent irregularly for this purpose). Stamps with varying degrees of toning (as many were sent to tropical areas of the world), usual centering and hinge remnants. Please note that in some cases, the handstamp looks like a "violet blot" due to the quality of the ink, application of the handstamp and means of storage. Genuine in all respects, listed in all Greek catalogues (all rare values -according Vlastos- are included) and viewable when visiting foreign postal museums and/or archives.
